When people are well, organizations thrive.

Who We Are

SoWell Education Partners was founded in 2026 by education and nonprofit leaders with a shared commitment to helping schools, education organizations, and nonprofits become more human-centered, effective, and sustainable.

We created SoWell in response to a challenge we know well: mission-driven organizations are often asked to navigate deeply human work with limited capacity, fragmented systems, and little time to step back and build intentionally. We believe they deserve support that is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in the realities of day-to-day leadership.

Our approach brings together strategy and empathy, systems thinking and implementation, and high expectations with deep care for the people doing the work. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We believe in helping each partner build what works for their people, their communities, and their mission.

Our Reach

We work nationwide, supporting schools and nonprofit organizations across the United States with strategy, leadership, and capacity-building support.

Our Mission

SoWell Education Partners works alongside schools and nonprofit organizations to strengthen culture, leadership, and systems so they can advance their mission with greater clarity, well-being, and long-term sustainability.

Our Vision

We envision a future where schools and mission-driven organizations are places where people thrive, leadership is grounded and sustainable, and systems are built to support both impact and well-being.

Our Values

  • We believe the strongest work is built with people, not for them. We approach every engagement with empathy, curiosity, and respect for the lived experience and expertise our partners bring. Rather than imposing generic solutions, we listen carefully, build trust, and collaborate in ways that reflect the realities of each organization’s context, culture, and goals.

What this looks like in practice: We design with our partners rather than around them, tailor support to their actual needs, and create space for honest conversation, shared problem-solving, and solutions that people can genuinely own.

  • We value work that leads to meaningful action. Our approach bridges vision and implementation, helping partners move from ideas to clear, useful next steps. We bring structure to complexity and focus on support that is thoughtful, actionable, and grounded in the day-to-day realities of leadership and organizational life.

What this looks like in practice: We deliver tools, strategies, and recommendations that are clear enough to use, strong enough to guide decision-making, and practical enough to support real progress over time.

  • We believe healthy organizations are built when people feel seen, valued, respected, and able to fully participate. We bring an equity-centered lens to our work, recognizing that systems, culture, and leadership decisions shape people’s experiences in powerful ways. We are committed to helping partners build environments where belonging is intentional, dignity is protected, and inclusion is reflected in both values and practice.

What this looks like in practice: We ask who is being served well, who may be left out, and what needs to shift so that culture, strategy, and systems better reflect fairness, care, and shared humanity.

  • We believe growth should be healthy, intentional, and built to last. Too often, organizations are asked to do more without the time, capacity, or systems needed to sustain it. We help partners strengthen the internal conditions that support long-term impact, including leadership, team health, organizational clarity, and aligned structures.

What this looks like in practice: We help organizations prioritize wisely, strengthen the systems behind the work, and build in ways that protect both mission and people over time.
